Vengaboys

Vengaboys are a Dutch dance music/electronic band that came to prominence in 1997. Some of their most successful singles include "Uncle John from Jamaica", "We're Going to Ibiza", "Boom Boom Boom Boom" and "We Like to Party". Like in Spanish, the V is pronounced with a soft B sound - Bengaboys. The origin of the name is unclear. During the summer of 1996 the duo was joined by singers/dancers Kim, Robin, Roy and Denice, all of whom became full-time members of the group.
